Jarrod Nichols, a long-time resident of Latah County, began his real estate career in 1995.  He grew up in Potlatch, Idaho and graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelors degree in Marketing.  While attending the U of I he was a four year letterman for the golf team.

Jarrod specializes in residential, investment, and rural property, as well as new construction throughout Latah County and is especially knowledgeable of city and county processes for developing real estate.  He recognizes that people prefer to do business with someone who is honest and courteous, while providing a high level of service without pressure.  Jarrod strives to provide these values to every client.
